Automotive Ethernet Translator (AETM) Module

The AETM is designed to convert Ethernet signals between a vehicle’s ECU and a PC to support the updating of software modules (re-flashing) or to be used in any test simulation environment.

Transit Relay Extender Box (TREB) Module

The TREB was designed to be used in  Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)  assembly plants.

Key Features:

  • Keeps the vehicle connected to the battery during manufacturing

  • Stops false flagging diagnostic trouble codes during the manufacturing process

  • Allows the vehicle battery to charge for 3600 seconds on every umbilical connection

  • Robust enough to survive a 1.5m drop test

  • Boasts good connectivity robustness

Imterface Board – System Testing Aid

Our interface board was created for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). The product was produced in a relatively small batch, and the project included:

​

  • Incorporation of SMT sockets

  • PCB assembly – through-hole soldering

  • The final assembly of the switches and display unit

  • A functional test
